🚨 Incident Brief:
Complainant ke mutabiq, 31 December 2025 ko shaam 6:01 baje, woh apni patrolling duty par the, unke saath PC No. 6131 Narahari aur HG No. 6386 Sathyanarayana maujood the.
Jab woh Khilwath Ground, Mohammedia Pharmacy ke saamne pahunche, toh unhone ek shaks ko suspicious movement karte hue dekha, jiske pant ke right waist side par weapon hone ka shak hua.

Panchas ki maujoodgi mein jab suspect se poochtaach aur personal search ki gayi, toh uske pant ke right waist se ek country-made pistol baramad hui. Is firearm ke saath koi ammunition nahi tha.

Poochtaach ke dauran accused koi valid license ya authorization pesh nahi kar saka aur usne mana kiya ke woh firearm illegally possess kar raha tha.

Police ne confessional statement-cum-seizure panchanama taiyar karte hue firearm ko due procedure ke tahat seize kiya. Baad mein accused ko seized property ke saath Hussaini Alam Police Station laya gaya aur aage ki legal action ke liye produce kiya gaya.
