Under the directions of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, the Government of Telangana has rolled out a decisive 100-Day Action Plan aimed at fast-tracking welfare delivery and development works across the State.

At a high-level review held at the Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Telangana Secretariat, Chief Secretary K. Ramakrishna Rao directed all departments to prepare concrete, time-bound action plans with clear and measurable outcomes, stressing that routine reviews and delays will not be tolerated.

Key Timeline:

  • Feb 28: Chief Minister to chair Secretaries’ review
  • March 1: District Collectors’ Conference
  • March 2 – June 9: Statewide execution of the 100-Day Programme

Departments have been instructed to submit structured action plans immediately, while agenda notes for the Collectors’ Conference must be prepared without delay. Completed government buildings are to be kept ready for inauguration, and development works must move swiftly from files to field implementation.

Priority Departments:

Rural Development, Municipal Administration, Health, Education, Panchayati Raj, Agriculture, Revenue, Tourism, Industries, Women & Child Welfare, Housing, Power and Labour.

Focus Areas:

  • Sanitation drives
  • Rural infrastructure
  • Health outreach
  • Welfare delivery
  • Capacity-building programmes for newly elected Sarpanches and Municipal Chairpersons

Administrative reforms are also being fast-tracked, with mandatory e-Office implementation across the Secretariat and all Head of Department offices to improve speed, transparency and accountability.

The government aims to achieve clear targets and visible results within 100 days.
