Roads & Buildings Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy ne project ki progress ka review karte hue Special Chief Secretary Vikas Raj ko construction works aur road infrastructure works ka field inspection karne ke directions diye.
Honourable Chief Minister Sri A. Revanth Reddy aur R&B Minister Komatireddy Venkat Reddy is mega health project par personally nazar banaye hue hain. Unke directions ke baad, Spl Chief Secretary Vikas Raj ne Monday ko project site ka visit kiya aur sabhi concerned departments ke senior officials ke saath review meeting conduct ki.
Inspection ke dauran land acquisition, nala works aur road connectivity jaise important issues par detailed discussion hui. GHMC officials ne inform kiya ki project land ke andar identify ki gayi 56 structures ko February ke end tak clear kar diya jayega, jisse construction activity bina kisi interruption ke smoothly continue ho sake.
Is dauran Police Department se Director of Medical Education (DME) ko transfer hui land ke change of land use ka issue bhi review hua. Is matter par MA&UD Department se No Objection Certificate (NOC) abhi pending hai.
Project consultants ne assurance diya ki January 10, 2026 tak complete schedule of drawings submit kar diya jayega aur execution approved timelines ke strictly according hi kiya jayega.
I&CAD Department dwara submit ki gayi existing nala design ka bhi review kiya gaya. Is par R&B Chief Engineer (Buildings) ko turant works commence karne ke clear instructions diye gaye.
Road infrastructure ke mamle mein bhi important decisions liye gaye. Proposed Road Over Bridge (ROB) ke design ko immediately prepare karne, hospital entry road par traffic obstruction create kar rahe manhole ko rectify karne aur surrounding roads ke early development ke liye GHMC ko directions issue kiye gaye.
Meeting ke end mein sabhi concerned departments ko clear instructions diye gaye ki pending works ko parallel mein complete kiya jaye, taaki New Osmania Hospital Project apni fixed timeline ke andar hi complete ho sake.
