Is advanced system ka aaj launch Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad, Sri VC Sajjanar, IPS ne kiya. Sirf do mahine ke record time mein develop hua yeh system Hyderabad Police ke digital transformation mein ek important milestone maana ja raha hai.
Ab tak CAR duty allotment manual process se hota tha, jo kaafi time-consuming, error-prone aur kabhi-kabhi bias ke allegations ka shikar hota tha. Naye AI-driven system se duty allocation completely transparent, unbiased aur data-based ho gaya hai, jisse police personnel ka morale bhi improve hoga aur senior officers apna focus core policing par rakh sakenge.

• Fair & Transparent Process: Hungarian Method par based score allocation, jisse manual interference completely eliminate ho gaya hai.
• Data-Based Selection: Seniority, reserve days, rewards, discipline record aur health score jaise objective parameters ke basis par duty allotment.
• Instant Posting Orders: OpenAI APIs ke through automated aur personalized official posting letters generate hote hain, jisse administrative workload zero ho gaya hai.
• AI Chat Assistant: In-built conversational AI, jisse staff real-time mein allocation rules aur process ke baare mein queries clear kar sakta hai.
• High-Speed Processing: First run mein system ne 1,796 applicants ko process karke 208 posts fill kiye, jisme Secretariat, CM Office, Traffic aur Interceptor vehicles jaise categories shamil hain.
Launch ke dauran CP VC Sajjanar, IPS ne kaha, “AI ke through administrative complexities handle karna hamara aim hai, taaki police force apni asli zimmedari — policing — par poori tarah focus kar sake.”
