Emphasizing a citizen-first approach, District Collector Dr. Priyanka Ala conducted a comprehensive review of key revenue services, including Housing, MeeSeva, Prajavani, and various welfare schemes.

During the review, the Collector issued strict directions to officials to ensure time-bound disposal of applications and grievances. Pending cases were ordered to be cleared on priority, with a strong focus on transparency and accountability in service delivery.

Reiterating the administration’s commitment to efficient governance, the Collector stated that delays will not be tolerated and timely grievance redressal is mandatory across all departments.

The review underscores the district administration’s push towards zero pendency and improved public service delivery standards.
